I first came across hypnotherapy in January 2017 when I was looking for a non-medical way to reduce my anxiety. I wasn't sure what to expect but I soon found that it had a massively positive impact not only on my anxiety issues but my whole life.
This culminated in my decision to pursue a different career path and study hypnotherapy in order to help others make the same positive changes to their lives.
I'm passionate about helping people to achieve their goals and get such a buzz from seeing people change and become happier and more confident.
Outside hypnotherapy, I love cooking/baking and animals. My cat Basil is training to be my therapy assistant but needs some more work!
