So, we’re shaped throughout our lives by our parents, our friends and our environment.
This is all subconcious and we don’t really realise it’s happening, but a lot of our experiences get internalised.
At what point does it become your choice to decide who you are, who you want to be without someone telling you you’re shy or you’re lazy etc.
Who ARE you if you remove all of the negative self talk, all of the BS that you’ve been told for years that shapes you and your choices.
If you were the best version of yourself, confident, relaxed, grounded and with a clear direction of where you want to be, what would you be doing and where would you be in life?
Just ponder on this for a few minutes, what could you do to change your circumstances if you really wanted to?
What would be the first small step you’d take?
