We’re all too aware of nourishing our body and drinking things like smoothies to support our well being, making sure we all get the right nutrients.
We know that we need the right blend of proteins, fats, carbohydrates and vitamins to ensure our health, our growth and to keep our body running optimally.
Yet, how often do we think about what we are putting into minds? Are we prioritising ‘healthy’ things like positive thoughts, meditation, daily gratitude? If not, why is that?
These are all essential for our well being too, perhaps even more so, as how we think predicts how we will feel.
Our minds also need a blend of positive thoughts, positive interaction with others and down time where we can replenish, relax and refuel ourselves.
So, next time you’re reaching for the healthy food, give a thought to what you’re also intaking into your mind too.
